What Should I Do?
If your vehicle is in a safe driving condition, pull off to the shoulder or side of the road. Put the car in park, engage the emergency brake, and turn your steering wheel away from the road.

Stay with your vehicle until we arrive. Our uniformed driver will arrive in a visibly marked emergency service vehicle.
We are unable to accept online requests for illegally parked vehicles such as vehicles in your reserved parking space. Please call our office at 309-829-2123.
