I had a tire blowout on I-74 in middle of a 2000 mile trek from AZ to OH. Was stranded on highway shoulder with cars and trucks blowing by. Got connected with Joe’s Tire and Recovery service. Rodney arrived and saved the day for me! Nicest and most professional roadside assistance guy I could have asked for. He made sure I got on road safely and helped me find nearby tire store. BEST SERVICE EVER!

An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. We’re from WI and had car trouble on the way back home from our road trip. Gabby took our call & John was the tow driver. Both were thorough, efficient, and kind. The circumstance of needing a flatbed really stunk, but this company made this part of it super easy. Highly recommend!

Today me and my trainer were broke down with our company truck and needed to be towed. The company sent out Joeys towing, with the day/week we been having it was a great pleasure to have come across our tow guy Thomas “Taco” he was such a positive/friendly person great at what he does and making sure we were safe and good to go thank you again Taco and by the way his truck was amazingly clean you can tell he takes pride in his job and what he does.Angelique and Shelly 🙏❤️

While AAA has failed ne a couple of times in Peoria, I have met a very courteous young man, Tanner that was very considerate and well educated on his job duties for Joe's towing & recovery. I will say adios to AAA but I am a COO of a company in Peoria and do have a fleet of vehicles that from now on will get this companies business, Thankyou, Tanner for your professionalism in your field, and Thank-you for rescuing my dog and I from Laura Bradley Park on Friday!

Great service from start to finish!!! My daughter and I were on the interstate with flat tire. Called, they lady was super friendly. Shawn arrived sooner that she told us. He was so professional. Absolutely the best encounter I've had with a AAA mechanic. Rodney helped me with a small issue I had with my car and went absolutely above and beyond with his service and care. I could tell he really loved to share his expertise and teach for my understanding instead of just talking at me. It was the kind of service that made me save his company's information so I can call on them again if I'm ever in trouble. It's rare to get Rodney's level of service these days!

Joe's came out quickly to jump my vehicle's dead battery. When that didn't fix the issue, they were just as fast to bring a tow truck and take it to the dealership. The drivers were courteous and accommodating while waiting for us to get back home to open the vehicle. They were much appreciated today!

A very kind and highly qualified employee of Joe's Towing & Recovery (Peoria, IL) came to our rescue when my husband and I were stranded with a flat tire in the Morton Kroger parking lot (02/06/24). We reached him through AAA (after much confusion on our part due to the fact that we didn't have a cell phone with us). We believe the young man's name is Rodney, and we found him to be cheerful, patient and willing to go that extra mile for us. Not only was the front right tire on the car flat, but so was the spare tire in the trunk. Rodney was so encouraging and so enthusiastic that he really brightened the day for us... in addition, of course, to helping us get our car up and running again. I can’t say enough positive things about this company. I called AAA who notified Joe’s that my keys were locked in the trunk. Within a short time I received a call from Rodney that he was 12 min away. He arrived quickly and determined that it would be more difficult to get in the trunk since the car battery was dead. Take a guess where my battery was ? Yep in the trunk, of course!! This made it a challenge, but the Technician Rodney would not give up! Not only did he find his way into the trunk, but he was able to check my battery, and determined that it needed to be replaced! He had a new battery with him, and was able to change it out and get me back on the road. He saved me a trip to the BMW dealership, because of course, I have no idea how to change a battery in the trunk! He also saved me from having to get a locksmith, which would have cost $$$$. This guy went way over and above to help me, he deserves a big time raise!! I will definitely keep their number on hand, and call them in the future. Thanks so much Rodney, just an update I drove the car around a bit after you left and she’s running like a dream!

I had a great experience with Joe's Towing & Recovery. The battery in our 2nd car had ran low from not running it for a period. Rodney was dispatched and did a diagnostic test and jump of the battery. Got us going right away. He was also very helpful with suggesting best practices to follow during cold weather to keep the battery charged. Excellent service!
